There's an interesting article in the Industry News section (bottom of the home page of this site) about a town in Kentucky proposing a tax on restaurants to fund tourism. This seems to be an issue, which touches all segments of our industry, that many cities all over the country are struggling with. Any thoughts on how best to approach this matter?
